Neurotech completed a $35 million round of financing in September 2006 that was lead by Burrill and Company, with significant participating investments made by Versant Ventures and SV Life Sciences. Apax Partners (France) and Merlin BioSciences (UK), the leads in the company's previous financing round, also invested in the latest round, as did 3i (UK), Atlas Venture (US), Omega (Switzerland), Nexus Medical Partners (US) and Pound Capital (US).
